RETURNS

If you have a problem with an item and wish to return it, please contact me first, either via ebay or by emailing me.

If you return an item to me within 14 days in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the original labels attached, I will exchange the item or refund you with the original price minus the postage and packaging cost.

 

I will not accept soiled items as returns.  When trying rugs etc on your horse, I would advise that you do this over a clean summer sheet to prevent them becoming dirty and hairy.

 

You must make your own arrangements to return items to me and you are responsible for the cost of return, unless the goods are faulty.  It is advisable to obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive with me.

 

If goods are damaged in transit or a fault is detected on inspection, I will either replace, offer an alternative or refund your payment once the item has been returned to me and also refund the return postage.
